Our manufacturing facility is here — the CNC floor, the spray booth, the benches where 56 designers, machinists, and finishers turn raw material into finished cabinetry every day. We are not a dealer, and we are not a reseller. What’s drawn here is built here and installed by our own crews. Nothing leaves the building to be made elsewhere and shipped back.

Most cabinetry sold in South Florida is made somewhere else — overseas, out of state, or in a shop the seller has never set foot in. Ours is made in Deerfield Beach, on equipment we own, by people on our payroll. That is the whole difference between a manufacturer and a middleman, and it is the reason a Sunshine Alliance piece holds its line: the grain is matched across a run because the same hands cut it, and the reveals are right because the people who drew them are the people who set them.
When a problem comes up mid-project — and on custom work, something always does — there is no overseas lead time and no finger-pointing between a fabricator and an installer who’ve never met. The shop is fifteen minutes away.
